The HPC Advisory Council, together with Stanford University, will hold the HPC Advisory Council Stanford Conference on February 7th and 8th, 2013, at Stanford, California. The conference will focus on High-Performance Computing (HPC) usage models and benefits, the future of supercomputing, latest technology developments, best practices and advanced HPC topics. The conference is open to the public and will bring together system managers, researchers, developers, computational scientists and industry affiliates.

The conference is free to attendees and will include coffee breaks and lunch courtesy of the HPC Advisory Council and Stanford University. Registration is required. For registration information please click here.

Map/Directions to Conference:

From Highway 280 North & South:

Exit Sand Hill Road east toward Stanford. Continue east, turning right at the traffic light on Alpine Rd. Make an immediate left onto Junipero Serra Boulevard. Turn left on Campus Drive East then make a left turn onto Arguello Mall. Parking structure at the right side of the street.

From Highway 101 North & South:

Exit 101 at Embarcadero Rd. (west) towards Stanford University. Proceed for several miles on Embarcadero. Turn right at El Camino Real. Take El Camino Real North to the University Avenue/Palm Drive overpass. Turn left onto Palm Drive. Continue on Palm Drive (towards Stanford's Main Quad). Then turn right on Campus Drive and follow the road directly to Via Ortega. Turn Left on Via Ortega. The parking structure with "A" permit parking is on the right. To park in the "A" lots, you will need a parking permit.

From El Camino Real exit West at University Avenue:

Turn toward the hills (away from the center of Palo Alto). As you enter Stanford, University Avenue becomes Palm Drive. Go through one traffic light, and turn left onto Campus Drive. Campus Drive will turn into Campus Drive East. Follow the signs to the Stanford Bookstore. Turn right on Arguello Mall. Parking structure is at the right side of the street.
